TheraSpecs Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 60-day money-back guarantee so you have plenty of time to try out and fall in love with your TheraSpecs. If you don’t love them, we’re here to help! We offer returns or exchanges on all non-custom TheraSpecs* within 60 days of purchase. Click on the options below to get started.

Step 1: Contact us at contact@theraspecs.com

  • Email contact@theraspecs.com within 60 days of receiving your purchase. We’ll work with you to identify a better alternative, such as a different frame style or one of our custom lens options.
  • Our customer care team will then sort out the details of the exchange with you and send you a prepaid return shipping label (US customers only) along with return paperwork for your original pair. Non-US customers will be responsible for return shipping as well as shipping costs for the new item.

Step 2: We’ll get to work on your new order

Most in-stock items ship the same or next business day, and we’ll include tracking details for your new order as soon as it ships.

If you are exchanging your current pair for a higher-priced item, we’ll request you to pay the difference prior to shipping your new glasses. For exchanges for custom items, it can take approximately 3 weeks to complete before we ship them to you.

Step 3: Send back your glasses

Mail us your TheraSpecs. Make sure to pack your glasses and case(s) securely so they aren't damaged in shipping. Also, please print out the return paperwork we sent you and put it in the box along with any accessories that came with the glasses.

As soon as we receive your return, we’ll refund any difference to your original payment method (if you exchanged for a lower-priced item). All returns are inspected upon arrival. If a returned pair of TheraSpecs has damage, like scratches or broken pieces, it may reduce the amount we are able to refund you.

  • Contact returns@theraspecs.com within 60 days of receiving your purchase and let us know why you’d like to return them. We’ll see if there’s anything else we might be able to do in order to help you get the right pair of TheraSpecs.
  • Our customer care team will provide instructions and return paperwork for you to print out and put in the box when you send back your TheraSpecs.

Step 2: Send back your glasses

Mail us your TheraSpecs. Customers are responsible for shipping on returns; fortunately, the packages are light, so return shipping is usually about $4. Also, make sure to pack your TheraSpecs and case(s) securely so they aren't damaged in shipping and include the return paperwork we sent you as well as any accessories that came with the glasses.

Step 3: We’ll refund your money

Once we process your return, we'll refund the money to your original payment method (minus any upgraded shipping costs). All returns are inspected. If a returned pair of TheraSpecs has damage, like scratches or broken pieces, it may reduce the amount we are able to refund you.

We are unable to accept returns and exchanges on the following items because they are custom made for you:

  • Prescription TheraSpecs
  • Readers
  • Send-in-your-own frame orders

Before ordering a custom pair, we recommend first trying an in-stock pair of TheraSpecs to be sure you get the protection against light that you are seeking. You can exchange that pair for a custom pair within 60 days of purchase.

In addition, we are unable to accept returns on items marked as "Clearance." Exchanges are welcome for non-custom clearance products.
