Would you like to hear presentations from top experts in headache medicine? Meet others with headache disorders and migraine? Get support for your caregivers and loved ones? You can do all those things at the American Headache and Migraine Association's fourth annual patient conference at the Marriott Marquis San Diego Marina on Sunday, June 16, 2016. The conference is for anyone who has a headache disorder or migraine or cares about someone who does.

Topics for this year’s conference include:

• New treatments recently approved or in development
• Integrative headache and migraine treatment
• Advocacy and fighting stigma
• Caregiving (a special session specifically for caregivers and loved ones of people who have migraine or a headache disorder)

Other perks include a quiet room with comfortable furnishings for attendees who need to rest during the day and a host of great door prizes you can enter to win. And it's a scent-free event, so you don't need to worry perfume trigger an attack.

Registration for the daylong conference, including lunch and snack breaks, is $35 per person. You must be a member of AHMA to attend the event. The membership fee is quite reasonable and is waived for people who are active duty military or disabled veterans. Check here for AHMA membership details.
