Avoiding Holiday Migraines and Headaches

Written by Hart Shafer on 23rd Dec 2014

TheraSpecs will be taking a brief break from our regular posting so we can all spend more time with our families over the holidays. We will resume our normal posts in the new year.

We are enthusiastic for what 2015 might hold. General awareness of the impact that light can have on our health is continuing to grow. Exciting research for new treatments for migraine and other light-sensitive conditions fills us with hope for having new options soon. And here at TheraSpecs we have big plans for new and improved solutions for fluorescent lighting, computer or device screens, and sunlight. We can hardly wait!

As we leave you to 2014's final stretch, we wanted to share a few great tips for avoiding holiday migraines and headaches. Check out the great suggestions from the American Migraine Foundation, the National Headache Foundation, and Health Central for ideas. Hopefully these tips will keep us all up and celebrating with our family and friends as much as possible.

We're glad you're part of our community and look forward to an awesome new year!
